Steered the group’s diversification into polymer compounds and specialty chemical additives for rubbers & Plastics. Provides strategic direction and guidance to all the activities of the company.

Done In 1997, Post-Graduation Diploma in Business Administration. He has an experience of over 25 years in the field of Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Project Management and Business Development. He is acting as Director on Boards of Company.
Ms. Mansi Gupta

A fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Patna University. She has an experience of more than 9 years in finance, taxation and audit fields.
